Rosa Rosae

VINEYARD

This wine is elaborated with Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnacha grapes harvested from our own vineyards, situated in the “El Catali” estate, in the heart of the Albaida Valley just south of Valencia at 400 meters above sea level. The vines are trained in a trellis system, facing west, whereby allowing for perfect amount of both insulation and ventilation. The white clay soils, typical of the area, give the wine an incredible personality with its bold acidity and fresh flavors.

WINEMAKING

Elaborated with free-run juice, called “sangrado” (blood of the wine), using the must and the pulp of the wine, while controlling the temperature during fermentation, in order to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the wine.

WINE PROFILE

Vibrant, glittering raspberry in color with flecks of iridescent violet. Descriptive ripe red fruit aromas in the nose with guest appearances from fresh cut herbs, adding an earthy freshness to the wine. Incredible rounded mouthfeel, heightened by crisp acidity that highlights the bright red fruit flavors and creamy long finish. This is truly an elegant and feminine rose.
